When visiting our website, the browser used on the user’s device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in what is known as a log file.

The following information is collected without any action on the part of the user and stored until it is automatically erased:

On our web hosting and managed server systems, protocols (log files) are automatically recorded on the server for certain services. This section informs you how long these logs are kept and how you can view them.

All log files are rotated on a daily basis. The logs from the previous day are archived and remain available for the stated period. These are purely internal log files that you, as a customer, cannot access. However, you have the option to enable logging (see: “Optional settings”).
