The Le Royal Méridien Hotel Hamburg was developed to become the leading hotel in the four- to five star segment of the local hotel market. Its direct proximity to the city centre and its excellent location on the banks of the Alster are ideal for this purpose. The restaurant on the top floor of the hotel offers guests a wonderful panoramic view over the Binnen- and Außenalster.

With its continuous aim to be the new generation in new luxury hotels, the Le Royal Méridien in Hamburg shows the way forward in many ways. The hotel offers 284 luxuriously furnished rooms with an average size of 36 sqm - the largest hotel rooms of this kind on the hospitality market in Hamburg.

As continually with Feuring projects and in contrast to other asset classes, the development of the Le Royal Méridien Hamburg also improved the quality and value of its immediate surroundings.

Prior to the hotel, there was a functional but very inconspicuous building on the plot but Feuring and its partners have created a gem of a building. Its façade of white glass very harmoniously fits in with the existing architecture along the Alster. The exceptionally good location in the city centre of Hamburg and the stable hotel market conditions on a very high level were the decisive factors for the decision in favour of a new hotel.

Feuring developed the overall hotel concept and supervised the project from the moment the existing building was demolished to the moment the Le Royal Méridien Hamburg opened its doors. Its main responsibilities included the entire configuration, the operator procurement, the supervision of the project development and the representation of the owner.
